Tracy has over 20 years of leadership experience with the Federal Bureau of Investigation. She specializes in global security and strategy. As a senior executive, she guided strategic planning, business, and investigative operations in the FBI’s 63 overseas offices. She has also served interim assignments at six U.S. embassies. Her expertise includes training delivery, policy formulation, and compliance programs. In her final assignment, she led the two-year organizational transformation of the FBI’s Counterintelligence Training Center. Tracy received a Masters of Science in justice from The American University in Washington, D.C. and a Bachelor of Science in criminal justice from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan.
